Between 2010 and 2017, mr. Zhe Lu, a rich guy from South-Korea, living either in Canada or in Münich (while surrounded by a bunch of lawyers),

had knowledge of the many debts that mr. Dirk Ade, a former co-worker at Micro Metakit/Micro Feinmechanik, had made in Germany.

Mr. Dirk Ade is now living in Canada to avoid German lawsuit.

Since mr. Dirk Ade was an easy tool to 'blackmail', Mr. Zhe Lu 'stole him away' from Micro Metakit and Micro Feinmechanik, to have Ade work for him.

In between, many basic tools were 'stolen' or coincidentally 'vanished' from both companies and from co-workers in Germany and abroad, and were lateron found back in South-Korea and Canada.

Both mr. Fritz Passberger and mr. Karl Rauchenecker died shortly after each other, due to the ruining of their live's work.

Under the name "Brassdepartment", "Alex MIG", "Eisenbahn Canada" and "EisenArt" many brass models (mostly occasion or replica) are currently released on basis of original tools stolen from Micro Metakit.

Besides, many occasions of Micro Metakit models are 'bought' worldwide, repaired and sold as new and original for a multiple of the orignal price.

Tags and boxes have been copied and falsified as being 'original'.

WARNING:

Be aware that models released or sold after 2017 by Eisenbahn Canada (aka EisenArt) viz. Brassdepartment (both companies situated in Richmond, Canada) and Alex Mig should NOT be in your collection.

In 2023/2024 strawmen from all over the world also started 'collecting' brass kits from Adler Modellbahnmanufaktur (formost Baureihe 05), pretending that Eisenbahn Canada develloped these themselves.

Hence, Adler has stopped producing kits anymore.
